I feel as if I've shed some great weight that I've been carrying around for a long time, without even realizing it.
Before the session, there was a weighted mish-mash of energies and I felt tired. Things have been easier for me. The weekend following the session, I had massive final grading to do at the end of the university semester, plus several deadlines for various projects. I was anxious about the session. However, the preparation prior to the actual hypnosis really relaxed those anxieties. I never felt nervous or in danger during the hypnosis. What to Know Before Your SCHH ® Session with Roslyn
All sessions are done remotely by Zoom. You'll need a safe, private, space where the internet connection is strong and you can lie comfortably throughout the session with no interruptions.
A first session of SCHH may go up to 4 hours in total if needed. You'll want to take it easy for the rest of the day and possibly some of the next.
You'll fill out and submit a detailed intake form at least 48 hours before your first SCHH session so that Roslyn can prepare to guide you for your maximum benefit.
You must have a headset with a microphone that goes in front of your mouth (no earbuds) so Roslyn can hear everything you say, including when you whisper, and set up your computer and lighting so Roslyn can see your clearly from head to waist throughout the hypnosis portion of your session.

Will I lose control of my body or personal will while under hypnosis?
Hypnosis is simply a very deeply relaxed state that you experience daily between sleeping and waking. You will have awareness and control of your body and personal will throughout your session.
Will I remember what happened during my hypnosis session afterward?
It's extremely likely that you'll remember your session afterward, though there are rare cases in which someone does not. You'll also be able to download a video recording of your entire hypnosis experience within three days of your session.
Your safety and well-being is a top priority for your session. You will relive a traumatic experience only if your higher consciousness concludes that it's absolutely necessary for your healing. If so, you will be guided in a very safe way that disarms any difficult emotions that come up, making them very manageable.
Is SCHH ® only for those who easily meditate or visualize, or hold particular spiritual beliefs?

Will my personal information and SCHH ® experience be kept confidential?
Yes, your complete confidentiality will be maintained. Your written consent is required for any of your anonymous feedback and/or SCHH experience to be shared by Roslyn, and this consent may be revoked at any time.
Yes, so please plan for this, as your body will need time to adjust to all of the energy shifts. It's also recommended your following day not be strenuous, in case additional adjustment time is required.
