Roslyn Elena McGrath, Founder & Director,

Empowering Lightworks, LLC

I'm here to help healers, intuitives, and spiritually aware creatives bring their gifts into the world in a way that truly nourishes them.

For over 28 years, I've helped hundreds of healers, intuitives, and spiritually aware creatives who've spent too long in roles that quietly suffocate who they really are and are ready to finally bring their gifts into the world in a way that nourishes them as much as those they serve, without sacrificing their relationships, security, or belonging.

Long before holistic healing and spiritual practice were widely embraced, I founded the first holistic health fair in my region, which ran for 20 consecutive years, and grew a successful regional health and wellness magazine over two decades. I've also trained many healers, authored nine uplifting books, and created more than 30 visionary Goddess paintings that help people connect more deeply with who they truly are.

I know this journey deeply.

I began my professional life as an elementary art teacher, overburdened, disconnected from my innate spirituality and intuitive gifts, and unaware of how much of my own voice i'd repressed.

Central to everything I've built is a deep, firsthand immersion in the work itself. I've explored and trained in a wide range of transformational, energy-based, intuitive, and healing approaches, and experienced many of these processes personally, discovering what it means to move beyond insight and integrate profound inner shifts into everyday life.

That lived experience continues to shape the way I work with my clients today.

What you'll find in our work together is compassion, deep listening, zero judgment, and intuitive guidance, drawn from more than 28 years of supporting people through personal and professional transformation.

I'm certified and trained in a range of approaches that may inform our work, including:

  • Limited Belief Re-Wiring

  • Soul Integration

  • Quantum Field Healing

  • Trauma Release processes

  • Somatically-based Art Therapy

  • Channeling and hypnosis skills

  • Energy and alignment work

Rather than following a single formula, I draw from this body of experience and training to meet you where you are and work with what's most relevant to your unique journey.

I also hold a Master's degree in Painting, and my experience as an artist continues to influence the way I see, listen, depict, and work with the deeper layers of a person's experience.

Your journey is uniquely yours.

My role isn't to tell you who you are or what your path should look like. It's to help you access deeper parts of yourself, recognize what may be keeping your gifts from being fully expressed, and create shifts at the root level so you can move forward in ways that honor who you are and what matters most to you.

Whether you're navigating a transition in your healing or visionary practice, seeking greater fulfillment, or facing circumstances that make it difficult to fully live your purpose, we'll explore what can help you move forward without losing your voice, your values, your relationships, your security, or your sense of belonging.

You don't need to become someone else to flourish your purpose. You get to become more fully yourself.
